The Platform may charge fees for certain services, including but not limited to ticket sales and payment processing. By using these services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these terms.
Organizers must set their own cancellation and refund policies for their events. Attendees should refer to the specific event's policy. The Platform is not responsible for refunds unless explicitly stated.
All content, trademarks, and data on the Platform are the property of Anbocas Tickets or its licensors. Users are granted a limited license to use the Platform for personal or organizational purposes in accordance with these terms.
Users agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, spamming, hacking, and violating the rights of other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anbocas Tickets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
