As a platform for organizers to sell their tickets directly to their audience, we deduct a platform fee from the amount received by the organizer. Refunds are only applicable in case of event cancellation. The organizer is liable to reschedule the event and communicate with their audience or provide a refund. The refund amount will not include the platform fees that have been deducted. In case of refunds, the amount should be reflected in your bank account in 1-2 weeks.
