The longest night invites us inward - to release, renew, and welcome the returning light. 🌙💫
Together we’ll drink sacred Cacao, open our hearts, and dance the wave of 5Rhythms®️, celebrating rebirth, connection, and inner strength. 🌱🔥Cacao - “the drink of the gods” - awakens the heart and deepens our movement, guiding us into presence, joy, and pure flow. 💖
💃 What is 5Rhythms®️A dynamic movement practice known as the mother of all conscious dance. Through five universal energies, we unlock the body’s wisdom, calm the mind, and let the soul speak through movement.
🌿 Guided by Tomasz Szymocha Accredited 5Rhythms®️ teacher and pioneer of dance Cacao ceremonies in Poland. With roots in Berlin and Poland, he teaches internationally - now offering his work in India for the first time, after years of sharing in Europe. Founder of BioRezydencja, a holistic retreat centre in the mountains.
