SENSES, a SROT festival is an all-day wellness festival curated by Palmorama, inviting you into a slow, intentional journey through movement, stillness, sound, and connection. Set within nature, the day unfolds as an exploration of the body, mind, and subtle energies—awakening each sense through carefully guided experiences.

From the grounding practices of Taichi and Qigong to conscious conversation, creative expression with clay, cold immersion, and embodied yoga flow, each offering is designed to support presence, awareness, and inner balance. As the day deepens, sound healing, voice, and resonance guide participants into deep rest and expanded states of consciousness.

Rooted in community and nourishment, SENSES is a space to pause, reconnect, and realign—where movement meets stillness, and personal journeys intertwine with collective energy. The day concludes with a community jam, inviting shared expression, integration, and celebration.
