Our Sacred Rhythms Conscious Dance: Our Sacred Rhythms is a conscious dance journey that invites you to ground, release and move with intention and awareness. We’ll begin by centering ourselves with a group meditation, finding presence and calm as J. Müller guides us into the dance with uplifting tribal house rhythms, soulful vocals and vibrant sounds. Amadeusz will bring in an eclectic blend of soul-nourishing instrumentation. We will ground with some vocal and trumpet toning to let everything land within your body. Together, we create a space where you can dance freely, honoring the rhythms of life and your own unique sacred movement. Please come with an open mind and heart and honour these principles: 1.⁠ ⁠Respect other people's space in the room. Dancing with another is welcome but please ask for consent. 2.⁠ ⁠Maintain silence throughout the dance. 3.⁠ ⁠Stay present in the body and refrain from checking and using phones. 4.⁠ ⁠Please stay until the end and all the way through.
